The USA Isn’t a Country, It’s a Corporation!

    Dear Lisa,
Thanks for writing this great article. I confess I’m ignorant of our history, but I am trying to educate myself thru articles like yours. Better late than never!

Shame on the American people for letting this knowledge get swept under the mat. I think if enough people were made aware of how our country has been taken over by the Illuminati, they would be outraged! But I guess they are too consumed with gathering up material wealth instead about caring about our rights under the Constitution! Unfortunately it will probably be too late the way our economy is going.

Unless we stand up now, and force this corruption out, these crooks of the constitution will win out.

  2. There is a much longer history of coup d’etats by central banksters to which the Congressional ACT of 1871 appears to be another pivotal link. After setting the UNITED STATES up as a ‘federal corporation’ in 1871, a supreme court decision was orchestrated in 1886 to give the status of ‘personhood’ to the entity called ‘corporation’. Before 1886, “until the bizarre Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad Supreme Court case in 1886 – only humans are entitled to human rights in their community.” Thom Hartmann stated it this way, also in his 2002 article: “Americans Revolt in Pennsylvania – New Battle Lines Are Drawn”

    commondreams.org/views02/1219-06.htm

    begin excerpt

The implications of this are staggering. For example:

Before 1886, it was a felony in most states for corporations to give money to politicians or otherwise try (through lobbying or advertising) to influence elections. Such activity was called “bribery and influencing,” and the reason it was banned was simple: corporations can’t vote, so what are they doing in politics? Their concern is making money, and they don’t need clean air to breathe or fresh water to drink; leave them to making money and leave the administration of the commons to We, The People.

Before 1886, it was a crime in most states for corporations to own others of their own kind. The need to keep corporations from becoming so large that they could usurp democracy was so clear to the Founders that Jefferson and Madison proposed an 11th Amendment to the Constitution that would have banned “monopolies in commerce,” restricting each company to performing a single purpose, making it responsible to its local community, and barring it from owning other corporations. The amendment didn’t pass because everybody at the time knew that the states already had such laws in place.

Before 1886, only humans had full First Amendment rights of free speech, including the right to influence legislation and the right to lie when not under oath. Now corporations have claimed that they have the free speech right to influence public opinion and legislation through deceit, and a case based on a multinational corporation asserting this right is poised to go before the Supreme Court as you read these words. That corporation reserves the right to fire and even prosecute human employees who lie to it, however.

Before 1886, only humans had Fourth Amendment rights of privacy. Since then, however, corporations have claimed that EPA and OSHA surprise inspections are violations of their human right of privacy, while at the same time asserting their right to perform surprise inspections of their own employees’ bodily fluids, phone conversations, and keystrokes.

Before 1886, only humans had Fifth Amendment rights against double jeopardy and the right to refuse to speak if they’d committed a crime. Since 1886, corporations have asserted these human rights for themselves: the results range from today’s corporate scandals to 60 years of silence about the deadliness of tobacco and asbestos.

Before 1886, and following the Civil War, only humans had Fourteenth Amendment rights to protection from discrimination. Since then, corporations have claimed this human right and used it to stop local communities from passing laws to protect their small, local businesses and keep out predatory retailers or large corporations convicted of crimes elsewhere.

Thank you dear editor wariscrime for refreshing this 2002 article to bring in yet another missing piece of the puzzle – the preceding ACT of 1871 – the following Article-15 of US Code is all revealing:

    assembler.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode28/usc_sec_28_00003002—-000-.html

    (15) “United States” means—
    (A) a Federal corporation;
    (B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or
    (C) an instrumentality of the United States.

This is a set pattern, interestingly. In continuation of the scheme to take over the financial control of the United States, the 1910 Federal Reserve ACT got enacted in 1913 to create our beloved Federal Reserve System. It is as much federal, as federal express.

The final pattern is world control – and this can be gleaned in these two analysis:

  3. Ghost of Samuel Adams says:

Great article. So simple to see how the usurpers of the power of our personal sovereignty have engineered this infiltration so they can maintain their precious ‘divine right of kings.’ As we who know the truth continue to pull our hair out thinking of ways to get through to our fellow citizens, I continue to use this basic thought as a foundation towards any attempts to wake them up: The banking system that oversees and controls the ‘money’ that virtually every American is dependent upon for their material well-being produces NONE of the material wealth that that ‘money’ is supposed to represent. And those who produce ALL of that material wealth control NONE of its representation. This bogus ‘divine right’ has had ages in which to hone its craft of boiling us lobsters in slow but steady increments so as not to alert the crustaceans to becoming aware of what’s happening to them which would get them to clamoring out of the pot before it’s too late. Sic semper tyrannis!

  4. Peter says:

After all, government is sold out to the highest corporate bidder. When the gov’t needs illegal wire-taps, Verizon allows them secret rooms to listen in on calls. When Haliburton (and KBR) need more revenue, the gov’t hands out no-bid contracts. When the gov’t dislikes literature, Amazon, Wikipedia and Facebook ban the book “America Deceived”. The corporations own our government, not the people.
Final link (before Google Books caves to pressure and drops the title):

  5. Insightful says:

Have you ever considered that ignorance of The Masses is just a normal part of Life? Of human HISTORY? That the majority of human beings CHOOSE laziness and ignorance? That waking up The Masses is absolutely, inequivatably futile?

  6. admin says:

You got it perfectly right, Insightful! The majority really choose to ignore the “real reality”, though not consciously (otherwise it wouldn’t be a complete ignorance) but intuitively – as a potential danger to the illusion their whole world is based upon.

As Morpheus says in the Matrix movie, “… most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inert, so hopelessly dependent on the system that they will fight to protect it.”

So, yes, waking up “the masses” is absolutely, inequitably futile, and would only make the things more complicated. But there is a wonderful minority, some sleeping “Neos” and “Trinities,” who are ready to get unplugged. This minority is worth it to wake up – the best proof of it is that the world is actually pushed into the abyss by just a different kind of minority.

  7. Ghost of Samuel Adams says:

It is said that during the American Revolution 1/3 of the colonists were indifferent to the cause(they CHOSE laziness and ignorance)1/3 CHOSE to side with the British(known as the Tories) and 1/3 CHOSE to be a part of the Revolution. Had this last third NOT made this choice a new world order would have been implemented long ago. The great ‘American Experiment’ never would have gotten off the ground. That’s how impactful it all was and how important to the hope of freedom for mankind those people who are now ‘rolling over in their graves’ were. Which one of the third are you?

  8. admin says:

Dear Ghost, I’m not sure this division into “thirds” is justified. The ‘American Experiment’ was planned and controlled from the City of London from the very beginning. As was the program ‘adjustment’ called ‘revolution,’ which was a revolution only in a literal sense of the word: revolving around an immobile center, that is, without changing the initial direction of the ‘coach.’

  9. Ghost of Samuel Adams says:

Admin, You make it sound as though the Illuminati are always in control of their plan. While I will concede that my use of the word ‘Experiment’ was inaccurate and agree with you that the original plan was for an American experiment, you may want to consider how the best laid plans can go awry. I don’t think the British expected in their wildest dreams that their army would suffer the defeat on the battlefield that they did. Remember, they perceived themselves to be this invincible military power. They were lulled into a false sense of complacency by their victories over armies on the European continent. They had absolutely no clue about how to counter the guerilla fighting tactics of the Americans. Their arrogance lost them the war on the battlefield. It was that same initial arrogance which planned to foment an uprising of the colonists with the anticipated outcome of putting down the rebellion.(How hard could it be to squash these upstart rabble-rousers after defeating the ‘creme de la creme’ armies of Europe?) This is when they had to implement ‘Plan B’ so to speak. THIS is what involved that ‘immobile center, as you aptly put it, that being the financial umbilical cord to the City of London. It is most definitely from the spilled blood of American patriots that has allowed for a New World Order to be forestalled. And of course to this day we (humanity in general) STILL haven’t realized our ability to grow by cutting off that damn cord! Just how long can a fetus stay alive in the womb? Not much longer I’m afraid.

  10. admin says:

I’m sorry, Ghost, but when talking about “the spilled blood of American patriots” we shouldn’t forget that initially they were invaders and slaughtered over 9 million Native Americans to become “patriots”. Also, the City of London doesn’t equal the British at all. Just like the CFR doesn’t equal America (even if it controls America more and more overtly). As for who won on the battlefield, remember that the house of Rothschilds financed BOTH sides (as they always do), so whoever won, it was THEIR victory.

  11. billy maynor says:

I truly believe in my heart that every American should read this article. Americans had better wake up before it’s too late. Americans don’t understand that most of our history is a lie- only what they want us to know. The media continues to do that today. Americans should understand that there is no difference between Democrat and Republican. We are corporate owned. Thanks for the courage to write such a piece, and I hope this message gets out loud and clear before it’s too late.

  12. I was also going to exactly note what Admin #10 already stated, he took the words right out of my mind.

In addition, wrt to the American Revolution, Patrick Henry’s call for ‘give me liberty or give me death’ only mobiized 3 to 5 percent of the ‘patriotic’ colonists, not 1/3.

With respect to admin’s comment #6 and citing the evidence of the tiny minority controlling the world, perhaps he has forgotten that they don’t do it alone, in Skousen’s words:

Of course we should be quick to recognize that no small group could wield such gigantic power unless millions of people in all walks of life were “in on the take” and were willing to knuckle down to the iron-clad regimentation of the ruthless bosses behind the scenes. As we shall see, the network has succeeded in building its power structure by using tremendous quantities of money (together with the vast influence it buys) to manipulate, intimidate, or corrupt millions of men and women and their institutions on a world-wide basis.’

Having said that, human action is indeed non-linear. Gandhi’s non-cooperation movement, based on civil disobedience, and the on his profound concept of “satyagarh” (one must study it to understand its philosophical underpinnings, a worthwhile venture) were a tiny minority in India. Yet it dramatically accelarated the early termination of the umbilical cord of Brittany to its ‘jewel in the crown’.

Yes, only a tiny minority can make a non-linear storm, akin to a butterfly flapping its wings in Colorodo altering the weather in California. The insignificant acts can create a non-linear action, only if they are properly related.

This implies that it is the right kind of ‘flapping of the wings’, with the right set of butterflies, in the right system. The system and its relationship of ‘equations’ within which that non-linearity transpires is the key to the butterfly’s power. Not by itself.

And what precludes such a system for our context, well, that was eloquently explained by Etienne de La Boétie in the 16th century in his much simplified treatise “The Politics of Obedience: The Discourse of Voluntary Servitude”.

See its analysis and extention, if interested, in:

  13. Ghost of Samuel Adams says:

I hope you’re enjoying our little debate, admin. Good exercise for the brain. The British army did the dirty work for the house of Rothschild, who virtually ‘owned’ Great Britain through their Bank of England. You’re splitting hairs here. Essentially we are in agreement as to their ability to maintain control. Nonetheless. a ‘Plan B’ WAS necessitated by the unexpected results on the battlefield. And today, pursuant to their ‘great work of the ages, the American military, HQ’d in the D of C, through the CFR, etc. is the strongarm of the Illuminati War, Financial, Religious Triad. And yes, it is true that Rothschild funded both sides of the conflict. But the fact that virtually everyone figured it was a slam dunk that the British Army would be victorious on the battlefield (much like the hockey game between the Americans and the Russians in the 1980 Olympics) was irrelevant to them. For them, the intent was,as always, wait for it…. To make money! I’ll let some other commenter elaborate on this. If no one does, then may I suggest you support David Icke’s important work and buy his books. He can give you the scoop on that if you read him thoroughly enough. As to the slaughter of the native-Americans, what’s your point? You could view this genocide in different ways. Sure, many European settlers and their descendants who became Revolutionary ‘patriots’, along with THEIR descendants were complicit in this. There’s certainly no confusion about what is termed ‘patriotism'(in your context) demonstrating saintly behavior. But then again, could it be argued that something at least along the lines of ‘saintly behavior’ could have been shown by certain of those among the founding fathers? Enough so that the adoption of a Bill of Rights was able to prevail, which was THE crucial aspect of those Constitutional documents? Is it not reasonable to suggest that these amendments are the primary instrument which stopped a NWO in its tracks? A NWO which would have resulted in the TOTAL annihilation of the indigenous peoples? And one that threatens to annihilate many more than that today? Very few on the planet can, or dare to imagine the magnitude of horror being planned for humanity. Personally, I don’t think they can pull it off.At least not to the extent they want. And whatever THAT may be, will be short-lived anyway. But they certainly are relentless anal-retentive bastards. In conclusion, all I will say is this: If you do nothing else in the next few years, at least hold on to your love and don’t ever let go. In our heart of hearts we all know it’s the only ‘place’ where we find our true reality. No matter what happens.

  14. Richard says:

Our U.S. Constitution is alive, if not well. The demagogues who have usurped our sovereignty as citizens, States, and The Republic are running like savage dogs, snapping and snarling without restraint. In my opinion, they will soon be chasing their own tails and will self destruct. I, as an 80 year old, may not be around to see it but, God willing, I could be and I will be ready to help pick up the pieces. I don’t know that dynamic insurrection at this point would achieve more than sporadic islands of self- gratification. The enemy of our sovereign rights employs a self-defeating system, and, left to its’ logical conclusion will turn on itself. It cannot come to any other end. When THAT happens, the question will remain as to whether there exists enough MORALITY among the survivors to re-establish a righteous government of The People, by The People, and For The People.

The Genie is out of the bottle since our defeat in the War Between The States. To accomplish what was originally instituted by the 13 Colonies…a lot of people who have set up house-keeping here, will need to “go home” or be given “one way tickets” as Thos. Jefferson tried to inspire. Do you have the stomach for that

  15. Bryan says:

One thing that people must remember is that this is all prophecized. These things have to happen. Though all or most physical forms of slavery are no longer upon us, mental slavery will always be in existance. This is why Jesus (God) must and will eventually return to save us cause most of us are too weak to save ourselves. I know exactly what it takes to make our economy better, but it wont’t happen. Greed and power has destroyed our country and eventually will destroy our world. Only Jesus can save us. However, I will try my best to make things better for my society, family, and friends.

  16. Kaleo says:

very interesting… Bryan, you might consider doing some info-surfing regarding the 1611 Bible<the only scripture ref. book acknowledged by the courts of the ‘civil-world’. There is a movement afoot to acknowledge and understand the power of the ‘Will’ and ‘Testament’ of Jesus, The Christ. Its a very powerful process…requiring dedication and true-understanding of HIS Grace and Salvation IN THIS WORLD. After All…ask yourself “what year is it…” it appears on all Corporate Documents…especially earlier documents: ‘in the year of the/our Lord…’.

All others…I enjoy the exercise in thought and ‘thinking’… until we begin at ground zero and DO for ourselves, that which we can and must do, we cannot do for others. The Whole thing is based on individual sovereignty first. You must have sovereigns in order to Unite into a Sovereignty…all else is pure Corporate ‘smoke and mirrors. Fortify the HOME Front…before assisting the Home-Fronts of others. The REST will fall into place, accordingly. Carry On…it All great intrigue…and the stuff that makes THIS LIFE…worth the Living…and Yes, in some cases…The Dying. THINK! Perhaps that’s what its really ALL about…HOW WE LIVE THIS that is THE REAL ISSUE.

For myself…I am repeatedly humbled at the voluminous ‘Historic EVIDENCES’ of ‘LIFE’: SUCCESSFUL Examples of Trials and Tribulations encountered, endured, and overcome…by the common Man/Wo-Man, against the artfices AND edifices of other ‘enlightened’ elites…Hu-Mans/Hu-Wo-Mans. By the Way…that’s another VERY INTERESTING journey; Man vs. Hu-Man(Human). Blessings to All… and remember… let’s give THIS LIFE our All. KL

To put this legalism in perspective, the following says it all:

    Protocol No. 1:

    3. It must be noted that men with bad instincts are more in number than the good, and therefore the best results in governing them are attained by violence and terrorisation, and not by academic discussions. Every man aims at power, everyone would like to become a dictator if only he could, and rare indeed are the men who would not be willing to sacrifice the welfare of all for the sake of securing their own welfare.

    4. What has restrained the beasts of prey who are called men? What has served for their guidance hitherto?

    5. In the beginnings of the structure of society, they were subjected to brutal and blind force; after words – to Law, which is the same force, only disguised. I draw the conclusion that by the law of nature right lies in force.

    Excerpt from aztlan.net/protocols.htm#protocol1

And by the same force of law, Global Governance is being legally ushered in!

That Al Capone was a sop:

“On top of them both, sit the same handful of private banking families in their interlocking relationships, protected by their own hand-crafted instruments of commerce, trade-treaties, and their hand-picked political governance which creates for them the legal sanctions necessary for the entire global racket based on unpayable debt to flourish. Once a nation, like a person, can’t pay its debts, demand for the proverbial “pound of flesh” is as convincing as making an offer one can’t refuse. In contrast to the Neanderthal gangster Al Capone, or Michael Corelone in the blockbuster movie ‘The Godfather’, who weren’t smart enough to change the laws of the land in favor of their criminal enterprises and therefore, the state’s policing apparatus could be relied upon to eventually take parasites like them down, these banksters connivingly write the very laws of the land in their favor. They own, or control through proxy, the media, the legislatures, the executives, the think-tanks, the foundations, all levers of power, good and bad loans, and discourse itself, in pretty much all major societies – from G7 to G20 (excepting to some extent BRIC, Venezuela, and Iran) – cleverly hiding their own role behind the scenes in constructing their global fiefdom.” — Monetary Reform Bibliography

    and

‘Ah – but what if the “criminals” were to write the laws and the statutes themselves? Then, the conniving and conspiring isn’t legally defined as a crime, nor the “criminals” called criminals. In fact, most are called bankers (emperors previously), and their instruments today, foundations (fleets previously)! Isn’t that just peachy?’ — Some Dare Call it Conspiracy! Are you among them?

That “deep secret” to legally take over the world is no longer such a secret:

For every element/condition that exists in “law”, it is mandated that there must be a remedy.

The presumption of law is that all “U.S. citizens” are “persons”, “taxpayers”, corporate entities, and in voluntary commercial contract status with the federal government. The presumption is secured by the continued acceptance of ‘benefits’ “offered” by corporate governments.
