Dr Karmenu Mifsud Bonnici, former Prime Minister of Malta, urges a second Irish ‘No’ to the Lisbon Treaty. He said:

“I come from Malta and I hope that the Irish people will again say ‘No’ to the Lisbon Treaty and will not let anybody bulldoze the Irish people to say ‘yes’. If they do say ‘No’, they will be not only helping their own country but also all peace-loving, democratic people throughout the European Union.”
