Facts are not the truth. At best, they are raw materials for truth. It’s in your mind, and in your mind only, that they can become truth. The best example of it is the 9-11 disaster. Two airplanes ran into the towers of the World Trade Center, and the towers fell down into pieces and dust. Is it a fact? Yes. Is it the truth? Far from that.

Now consider the opposite. There are no facts in George Orwell’s 1984, only the author’s imagination. But look around, isn’t there more truth in this old “fiction” book, than in the TV news you’ve just watched?

The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion have first been published more than a century ago. Since then and up to this day for most of the people they are a forgery, have nothing to do with truth, and don’t deserve any serious attention.

However, it’s interesting what Henry Ford had said about the Protocols in an interview in February 1921: “The only statement I care to make about the Protocols is that they fit in with what is going on. They are sixteen years old, and they have fitted the world situation up to this time. They fit it now!” And they still fit it today! In other words, this is a “forgery” that fits the truth.

Another similar “forgery” was the Report from Iron Mountain. Immediately after its publication in 1966, and up to now, it has been and is still being considered a “skillful hoax” and “delightful satire,” a pure fiction presented in a form of a document. And that’s what it is for the people who have never read it. Meanwhile, according to G. Edward Griffin (see page 23 of this issue), “all one has to do is hold the Report in one hand and the daily newspaper in the other to realize that every major trend in American life is conforming to the blueprint… The Report from Iron Mountain is an accurate summary of the plan that has already created our present. It is now shaping our future.”

Ironically, the Report had even predicted the reaction to it of the majority of people today, for whom only “credibility” counts, not reality. For them, the information is “credible” only if it is confirmed by political or scientific “authorities.” If not, it’s just another forgery.

This is exactly how and why the global warming hoax has become for so many “an inconvenient truth.” It has been confirmed and supported by the United Nations’ commission itself! No matter how many thousands of scientists, and even the British court of law, have proved that the Al Gore’s “documentary,” as well as the whole Climategate, are based on deliberate factual errors and deceptions – if it is confirmed by the New York Times and the Washington Post, then it’s “credible,” and if it’s credible, it is true.

And again, even this, even the climate change/carbon tax campaign has been organized and executed in conformity with the plan set forth 50 years ago, in the Report from Iron Mountain – another “forgery” that “fits the world situation up to this time.” (Read Michael Rivero’s article on page 11).
